• Charlotte Puxley Flower's Floral Family is powered by Smile.io as an online loyalty program
• Customers are required to create an account with us on our website to join our loyalty program
• Floral Scents is the currency we adopt and these can only be earned and redeemed through www.charlottepuxleyflowers.com, or over email or phone for customised orders upon request only

Floral Scents

The following terms apply to Floral Scents earned through our loyalty program:

• '1 Floral Scent for every $1 you spend' online, or over email or phone for customised orders upon request
• To earn Floral Scents through online purchases, the customer must sign into their account prior to making completing their order
• To earn Floral Scents over email or phone for customised orders, the customer must provide our florist with the email associated with their Charlotte Puxley Flowers Floral Family account at the point of purchase
• Shipping Fee is excluded from the the total spend
• '10 Floral Scents for signing up' are only rewarded once during account member's lifetime
• '10 Floral Scents on your birthday' are only awarded once per year, and are only eligible to be rewards if account member inputs their date of birthday 30 days prior to the calendar date it falls on
  (For example, if the account member's next birthday is September 1st 2020 they will need to input that date by August 1st 2020 to be eligible for these points during that calendar year)
• '20 Floral Scents for following Charlotte Puxley Flowers on Instagram' are only rewarded once during account member's lifetime
• '20 Floral Scents for liking Charlotte Puxley Flowers on Facebook' are only rewarded once during account member's lifetime
• There is no expiry date to your Floral Scents
• Any purchases made before the launch of our loyalty program on the 15th of July 2020 will not be converted
• A one-time gift may be awarded for select customers upon account creation

Rewards

The following terms apply to Rewards redeemable through our loyalty program:

• '$5 Discount' redeemable with 280 Floral scents. Discount applicable for all products on our website, including workshops
• '$15 Discount' redeemable with 500 Floral scents. Discount applicable for all products on our website, including workshops
• '$30 Discount' redeemable with 750 Floral scents. Discount applicable for all products on our website, including workshops
• '15% off Bouquets and Vases' redeemable with 750 Floral scents. Discount applicable for Bouquets and Classic Vases under our Orders collection
• '25% off Next Subscription Charge' redeemable with 1200 Floral scents. Discount applicable to 1 charge of our floral subscription. For new subscriptions, key in discount code at check-out page. For on-going subscriptions, key in discount code on "Manage Subscriptions" tab under your Account

Referrals

The following terms apply to Referrals applicable through our loyalty program:

• 'Free Shipping' for new customers referred by existing members of our Floral family. New customers will receive a unique code upon signing up. Valid for use on all products on the website, of up to $18 on shipping fee
• '5% off Bouquets and Vases' for existing members of our Floral Family. Reward will be credited once new customer has successfully placed an order on the website. Discount applicable for Bouquets and Classic Vases under our Orders collection

Terms

• Charlotte Puxley Flowers Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel discount codes (dollar or percentage-valued codes) any time.
• Each unique discount code (dollar or percentage-valued codes) can only be redeemed once
• If you redeem your discount code online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon there is no redeemable balance available as discount codes are not gift cards
• If you cancel and request for a refund of any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. The used Floral Scents will not be refunded to your Floral Family account after the cancellation or refund
• Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers or discounts unless otherwise stated
• Floral Scents are not exchangeable for cash or credit outside of our online loyalty program
• Wholesale and retail store buyers, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone other than an individual is not eligible to participate in our Floral Family Loyalty Program
• All other Charlotte Puxley Flowers' Terms and Conditions applies to the loyalty program
• Charlotte Puxley Flowers' Privacy Policy applies to the Loyalty Program. This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are also agreeing to the terms of the Privacy Policy and you undertake to review those terms, as such may be amended from time to time.

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether Floral Scents should be applied to an account and to adjust your account accordingly. You acknowledge that any such determination by us will be final and binding. If you disagree with any such determination, or otherwise dispute that rewards have been properly credited to your account, your sole remedy is to withdraw from the Charlotte Puxley Flowers Floral Family Loyalty Program.
